Andy Kaye

Andy Kaye is a Trust Service Officer on the GreatBanc ESOP Client Services Team, where he specializes in the administration and day-to-day management of employee stock ownership plans.

Mr. Kaye  joined GreatBanc in 2021 as a member of the company’s Trust Operations Team, where he focused on the servicing and day-to-day management of employee stock ownership plans. He was promoted to his current role as a Trust Service Officer in 2024. Mr. Kaye’s hands-on experience in ESOP servicing makes him vital source of knowledge for the organizations he works with. He collaborates with clients, valuation firms, and recordkeepers to fulfill ESOP transactions, including loan payments, distributions, and process incoming and outgoing funds. 

Mr. Kaye holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in finance with a minor in economics from Illinois State University.
