Arlene Westbrook is a Senior Vice President and Client Service Officer in GreatBanc’s ESOP Client Services Group where she focuses on managing client relationships and ESOP administration.
Before joining GreatBanc in 2007, Ms. Westbrook spent more than 25 years serving in prominent employee benefits senior leadership roles for institutional clients, making her one of the industry’s foremost experts on employee benefits strategy and supporting technology.
Ms. Westbrook received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Loyola University.
She is a member of The ESOP Association (TEA)’s Administration Advisory Committee and is a speaker at its conferences. Ms. Westbrook is also a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO).
