Carson Ward

Carson Ward serves as a Client Service Associate on the GreatBanc Client Services team, where he supports the administration and day-to-day management of ESOPs. He joined GreatBanc in 2025 and works closely with clients and internal teams to help ensure ESOP transactions and processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

Prior to joining GreatBanc, Mr. Ward gained experience in the financial services industry through hands on experience in 2024. He is known for strong follow-through and attention to detail and is adept at managing time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced ESOP environment.

Mr. Ward is motivated by the role ESOPs play in enhancing company performance and improving employee retirement outcomes. He brings a clear, solution-focused communication style to his work with both clients and colleagues.

 Mr. Ward received a degree in Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
