Hanna Milas

Hanna Milas serves as a Trust Operations Specialist at GreatBanc, where she supports the day-to-day operational administration of employee stock ownership plans. In her role, she assists with account transactions, client requests, account maintenance, and other trust operations activities, helping ensure processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

Ms. Milas joined GreatBanc and entered the financial services and ESOP industries in 2025. She brings a detail-oriented approach to her work and enjoys the analytical aspects of trust operations. Her strong aptitude for mathematics and attention to detail help her navigate the calculations, processes, and quality control responsibilities that are essential to supporting clients and employee-owned companies.

Ms. Milas has enjoyed learning about the unique structure and benefits of employee ownership. “I value the opportunity to join the ESOP industry from the ground level and learn how ESOPs can be beneficial to our clients and their participants.”
