Heather Sendag serves as GreatBanc’s Senior Vice President of Compliance & Audit. She also serves as Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer and Information Security Program Administrator. Her primary focus is regulatory compliance.
A member of the GreatBanc team since 2017, Ms. Sendag’s previously served as Senior Engagement Manager for a leading law practice. She has been in the industry since 2001. Throughout her career, she has focused on auditing for trust companies, and has served as a subject matter expert for trust administration and operations.
Ms. Sendag earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in accounting from North Central College. She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and attained the designation of Certified Fiduciary and Investment Risk Specialist (CFIRS) from Cannon Financial Institute.
