Heidi Walker

Heidi Walker serves as a Senior Vice President and Financial Analyst on the GreatBanc Compliance team, where she focuses on valuations and ESOP transaction opinions. Ms. Walker has more than two decades of experience in finance and corporate appraisals.

Prior to joining GreatBanc in 2019, she served as Managing Director of a leading ESOP Advisory Practice, acting as an independent financial advisor to ESOP trustees and conducted valuations of ESOP companies. Ms. Walker’s extensive experience in transaction opinions and valuations make her a key resource on the GreatBanc team.

Ms. Walker holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from the University of Maine. She is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV).

Ms. Walker is a member of The ESOP Association (TEA) and the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO).
