Jake Farley

Jake Farley serves as a Client Service Associate on the GreatBanc Client Services team, where he supports the administration and ongoing servicing of ESOPs. He joined GreatBanc in 2023 as a member of the Trust Operations team and transitioned to Client Services in 2025, bringing a strong operational foundation to his current role.

Mr. Farley began his career in the financial services industry in 2023 and has worked in the trust and ESOP space throughout his time at GreatBanc. His experience in Trust Operations provided him with a deep understanding of ESOP processes and administration, enabling him to effectively navigate complex situations and develop practical solutions for clients and colleagues.

Mr. Farley earned a Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Finance from North Central College.
