Jim Carigga

Jim Carigga serves as a Senior Trust Operations Specialist at GreatBanc, where he supports the administration and operational servicing of employee stock ownership plans. In his role, he oversees a wide range of trust operations activities, including account transactions, reconciliations, client requests, and quality control processes. He also serves as a resource to colleagues across the department, helping ensure operational activities are completed accurately and efficiently.

Mr. Carigga brings more than two decades of financial services experience to GreatBanc and has worked in the ESOP industry since 2014. His career began through an internship at The Bank of New York that evolved into a long-term profession in financial services and trust operations. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive operational expertise and a reputation for consistency, teamwork, and continuous learning.
