Joseph Dold

Joe Dold serves as a Senior Trust Operations Specialist at GreatBanc, where he supports the administration and operational servicing of employee stock ownership plans. In his role, he oversees a wide range of trust operations activities, including account transactions, client requests, reconciliations, and quality control processes. He also provides guidance and support to team members, helping ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Mr. Dold joined GreatBanc in August 2023 and has built extensive experience in trust operations and ESOP administration. Through his work, he has developed a strong understanding of the operational processes that support employee-owned companies and their participants. His finance background, combined with hands-on experience in the ESOP industry, enables him to effectively navigate complex situations and contribute to process improvement initiatives across the department.

Mr. Dold was introduced to employee ownership through his work at GreatBanc and quickly developed an appreciation for the collaborative culture ESOPs create. “My favorite part about ESOPs is that it unites employees across all levels to work towards a common goal and to support the same plan together.”

Mr. Dold earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Loyola University Chicago.
