Juana Delgado

Juana Delgado serves as a Trust Operations Specialist at GreatBanc, where she supports the day-to-day operational administration of employee stock ownership plans. In her role, she assists with account transactions, client requests, including distributions, wires, and deposits, account maintenance, reconciliations, register assets and retitle securities, helping ensure processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

Prior to joining the ESOP industry in 2023, Ms. Delgado spent more than ten years working in Home Lending Operations for BMO Harris Bank, JP Morgan Chase & Co., & Citi Bank, where she developed strong operational, analytical, and client service skills. Her extensive experience and attention to detail help support the accurate administration of trust accounts and operational processes.
