Kathy Umhoefer

Ms. Umhoefer serves as a Vice President and Trust Service Officer on the GreatBanc Client Services team, focused on the administration of ESOP transactions and plans. She has been in the finance sector for nearly two decades, specializing in the management and administration of retirement plans.

Before joining GreatBanc in 2023, the Wisconsin native spent several years working in account management and internal support before transitioning into relationship management and client support for 401k plans. Her experience on “both sides of the fence” makes her an invaluable asset to the GreatBanc team.

She is a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) and The ESOP Association (TEA), where she is actively involved with employee ownership advocacy.

Ms. Umhoefer graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She holds Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degrees in both accounting and finance.
