Kevin Kolb

Kevin Kolb serves as a Senior Vice President and Client Service Officer on the GreatBanc Client Services team, focused on managing client relationships and ESOP transactions. He has been working in the ESOP industry for more than 20 years.

Before joining GreatBanc in 2006, the Chicago native served as a trust officer with the ESOP Trustee Services of LaSalle Bank, N.A. Mr. Kolb’s extensive experience in the negotiation and structuring of ESOP purchases combined with his legal and civil litigation experience make him an invaluable asset on the GreatBanc team. He has acted as the trustee representative on more than 100 ESOP transactions.

Mr. Kolb holds a Juris Doctor (JD) and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Employee Benefits from University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Indiana. He is an active member of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) and The ESOP Association (TEA). He frequently presents at various industry events.
