Mary Ann Shrewsbury serves as a Senior Vice President and Client Service Officer on the GreatBanc ESOP Client Services team, focused on the administration of ESOP plans and transactions. A 30-year veteran of the retirement plan industry, she brings decades of experience from many facets of the business.
Prior to joining GreatBanc Trust Company in 2016, Ms. Shrewsbury spent most of her career in the 401k market. Her background in ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations for retirement plans helps her ensure that the clients and participants she serves get the most out of their ESOP.
Ms. Shrewsbury is an active member of The ESOP Association (TEA) and National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO).
She holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits and the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
