Mitchell Miller

Mitchell Miller is a Senior Vice President and member of the GreatBanc Compliance Team. He specializes in assisting ESOP companies with ERISA compliance, corporate governance, equity compensation, executive compensation, and benefit level analysis.

Prior to joining GreatBanc, he specialized in commercial litigation, focused on issues including contract disputes, minority shareholder rights, and professional fiduciary liability.

Mr. Miller is an active member and leader in the ESOP community, speaking regularly at National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) conferences and other regional events. He also serves as Chair of the ESOP Emerging Leaders Forum and is a member of both the NCEO and The ESOP Association.

Mr. Miller graduated with honors from the University College Maastricht in the Netherlands and earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from the California Western School of Law.
