Obiee Rashid

Obiee Rashid serves as a Legal Assistant at GreatBanc, where she supports the Legal team with a variety of administrative, organizational, and document management responsibilities.

Ms. Rashid joined GreatBanc in 2025, beginning her career in both the financial services and ESOP industries. Prior to joining GreatBanc, she gained experience working at a law firm serving corporate clients, where she developed a strong foundation in legal support, organization, and client service. “I enjoy the opportunity to expand her knowledge of employee ownership while contributing to the Legal team’s work.”

Ms. Rashid earned an Associate of Applied Science degree and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies, bringing a detail-oriented and collaborative approach to her role.
