Paul Kroeger

Paul Kroeger serves as Information Technology Director and Senior Vice President at GreatBanc, where he leads technology initiatives that support the firm’s operations, security, and long-term strategic goals. He works closely with teams across the organization to ensure employees have the tools, systems, and resources needed to remain productive and deliver exceptional service.

Mr. Kroeger began his career in the financial services industry in 2012 and brings 3 decades of technology and information security experience to his role. “I am passionate about leveraging technology to support business growth while maintaining a secure and efficient operating environment.”

Mr. Kroeger values the opportunity to indirectly support employee ownership through his work at GreatBanc and appreciates the role ESOPs play in helping employees share in the success of their organizations. “I am most excited about collaborating with dedicated colleagues and helping them stay productive through reliable technology solutions and support.”

Mr. Kroeger holds a Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Certified Cyber Defender (GCCD/GCCC) credential from the Global Information Assurance Certification organization.
