Rita Newell

Rita Newell serves as a Trust Service Associate on the GreatBanc Client Services team, where she supports the administration and ongoing management of employee stock ownership plans. In her role, she works closely with clients and internal teams to help facilitate ESOP transactions, maintain plan operations, and deliver responsive service to employee-owned companies.

Ms. Newell brings extensive experience to her position, having worked in the ESOP industry since 2005 and in the financial services industry since 2017. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong ability to adapt to new challenges and changing environments, allowing her to effectively support clients and contribute to successful outcomes. Her broad industry knowledge and commitment to service make her a valuable resource for both clients and colleagues.

Ms. Newell earned a diploma from the Taylor Business Institute and holds certificates in computer software from New Horizons Computer Learning Center. She is also a member of the National center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) and The ESOP Association (TEA).
