Rita Vazquez

Rita Vazquez serves as Trust Operations Manager on GreatBanc’s Trust Administration team, where she oversees trust operations and supports the efficient administration of fiduciary accounts. In her role, she leads operational processes, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and works to ensure trust activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures.

Ms. Vazquez joined GreatBanc in 2023, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Throughout her career, she has built extensive expertise in financial operations, beginning in administrative roles and advancing into leadership positions, including managing Charles Schwab’s IRA department. Her broad operational background provides a comprehensive understanding of financial services and enables her to drive process improvements while supporting both clients and colleagues.
