Rob Borowy

Rob Borowy is a Senior Vice President in GreatBanc’s ESOP Group and the leader of the company’s Client Service Team, which is focused on managing client relationships and ESOP transactions.

Prior to joining GreatBanc Trust Company in 2019, Mr. Borowy served as Vice President of ESOP Trustee Services & Administration for Lubbock National Bank. He has more than 30 years of experience in ESOPs and retirement plan services. Before his career in the finance industry, Mr. Borowy served 5 years as a Minuteman III ICBM Missile Launch Officer in the United States Air Force.

Mr. Borowy is an active member of The ESOP Association (TEA) and the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO).

Mr. Borowy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Texas Christian University. He is a graduate of Texas Bankers Association Texas Trust School I & II.
