Rochelle Haynes

Rochelle Haynes serves as a Trust Administrative Officer on GreatBanc’s Trust Administration team, where she supports the administration of personal trusts and fiduciary accounts. In her role, she works closely with Trust Officers to coordinate client service activities, maintain trust records, communicate with financial institutions and other external partners, and help ensure trust matters are handled accurately and efficiently.

Ms. Haynes joined Arboretum’s Trust Administration team in 2024, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in client service, operations, and administrative coordination. Her ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed records, and build strong working relationships enables her to effectively support clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, financial institutions, and internal teams.
