Rosanne Chlada

Rosanne Chlada serves as a Human Resources Assistant at GreatBanc, where she supports a variety of employee-focused initiatives and administrative functions. In her role, she assists with human resources processes, benefits administration, employee support, and other activities that help foster a positive and productive workplace environment.

Ms. Chlada joined GreatBanc in 2019 and brings a diverse professional background to her role. Prior to joining the company, she spent 17 years with a family-owned IT recruiting firm, where she managed a wide range of responsibilities, including candidate screening, benefits administration, marketing, website management, billing, and technology support. Her broad experience and passion for helping others enable her to provide thoughtful support to employees and contribute to efficient HR operations.
