Scot Storjohann serves as Senior Vice President and Client Service Officer on the GreatBanc’s ESOP Client Services Team, focused on managing client relationships and ESOP transactions. He has spent his entire career in the retirement plan and ESOP industry, giving him more than 35 years of experience across multiple facets of the business.

Prior to joining GreatBanc Trust Company in 2016, Mr. Storjohann served in a variety of roles including customer service, administration, investment management, sales, and personnel management. This diverse background gives him a uniquely well-rounded perspective when it comes to ESOP transactions and ongoing support.

Mr. Storjohann is the immediate past president of the Iowa/Nebraska Chapter of The ESOP Association (TEA). He is also a member of TEA’s Fiduciary Advisory Committee and serves as a trustee for the Employee Ownership Foundation (EOF). He is a board member for the Iowa Center for Employee Ownership and an advisor to the Beyster Institute on employee ownership. Mr. Storjohann is also an active member of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO).

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Central College. He regularly presents on ESOP topics and corporate governance at various local, regional, and national ESOP events.
