Tracy Woolsey

Tracy Woolsey is a Senior Vice President and member of the GreatBanc Client Services group. She works closely with her clients’ management teams, helping them navigate the ESOP transaction process and providing ongoing strategic guidance and support post transaction.

Ms. Woolsey joined GreatBanc Trust Company in 2023. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President at Horizon Bank where she led the ESOP team and started the Corporate Customer Experience and Sales groups. Ms. Woolsey has more than 25 years of experience in ESOPs and retirement plan services.

She is an active member of The ESOP Association (TEA), having served on the Culture Committee, chaired the Fiduciary Committee, and served as President of its Indiana Chapter. Ms. Woolsey is a frequent presenter at national, regional, and local ESOP conferences; she has published articles for The ESOP Association, the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), and the American Bankers Association (ABA).

Ms. Woolsey holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in accounting from Purdue University.
