Xochil Huerta

Xochil Huerta serves as a Trust Service Associate on the GreatBanc Client Services team, where she assists with the administration and ongoing support of employee stock ownership plans. She joined GreatBanc in 2025 and collaborates with clients and colleagues to help facilitate ESOP transactions and related processes.

Ms. Huerta began her career in the financial services industry in 2014 and brings valuable fiduciary experience to her role. Prior to joining GreatBanc, she worked as a Fiduciary Associate, where she developed a strong commitment to serving in the best interests of beneficiaries and maintaining compliance-focused practices.

Ms. Huerta is passionate about the positive impact ESOPs can have on employee engagement, retention, and company performance. She is motivated by the opportunity to help support financial security and ownership opportunities for employee owners.

Ms. Huerta is a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO). She earned an Associate of Arts degree from Robert Morris University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Judson University. She also holds a Loan Officer License in the State of Illinois.
