Description
As a premier provider of trust services, we are seeking a Trust Operations Specialist to become an integral member of our Qualified Retirement Plans team in our Lisle, Illinois office.
Responsibilities
- Perform client requests by providing recordkeeping and execution of daily Trust Operations transactions
- Process all account activity (i.e., transactions, deposits, distributions, wires, etc.) by their established deadlines
- Register assets and retitle securities
- Open and/or close accounts in their entirety
- Assist in proper coding, research and coordinating accurate tax processes
- Participate in Tasks and Projects
- Oversee client and internal documents scanning and filing
- Perform quality control checks with daily tasks to ensure accuracy
Qualifications
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Experience in trust or employee benefit plan operations a plus

Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Benefits include medical, dental and life insurance as well as participation in the Company’s Retirement Plan.
