Arlene Westbrook is a Senior Vice President and Client Service Officer in GreatBanc's ESOP Client Services Group.
Before joining GreatBanc in 2007, Ms. Westbrook spent more than 25 years serving in prominent employee benefits senior leadership roles for institutional clients, making her one of the industry’s foremost experts on employee benefits strategy and supporting technology.

Outside the office, you’ll often find Arlene reading or following the latest fashion trends—one of her life-long passions. She was even voted best dressed back in high school. In her free time, Arlene works to help end food insecurity in her local community. It’s a cause near and dear to her heart, as both her parents were affected as children.
Ms. Westbrook received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Loyola University. She is a member of The ESOP Association (TEA)’s Administration Advisory Committee and is a speaker at its conferences. Ms. Westbrook is also a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO).
